Your tasks
- Presale activities with technical, PM and sales teams, update of estimation template, sign-off estimates;
- Architecture of new products.
- Set up the best development practices and engineering processes across Engineering;
- Resolving technical challenges in ongoing development;
- Participation in projects staffing; help to decide to keep requests in-house or outsource;
- Employees mentoring; organization of technical competitions for dev teams.
Your tasks
- Leading the full cycle of the sales process;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals;
- Building long-term trusting relationships with the clients;
- Work closely with technical teams and project managers to ensure client satisfaction;
- Connecting with the partnership network to find the best specialists for the projects;
- Partner with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive sales.
Your tasks
- Collecting, analyzing and clarifying customers’ requirements for the launch of new projects;
- Studying and updating existing documentation, writing project documentation from scratch;
- Prototyping user interfaces;
- Participating in project design and development processes, communicating with the team at all stages of development;
- Participating in presales with the delivery team.
Your tasks
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
- Launch campaigns via LinkedIn and email;
- Search for and reach out to new leads through various channels;
- Perform initial response processing and primary qualification;
- Set up appointments with qualified leads;
- Work with CRM software;
- Track and improve weekly and monthly KPIs.
Your tasks
- Ensuring the quality standards of the released project;
- Identifying and analyzing errors;
- Creating and designing testing scenarios, providing necessary support;
- Conducting thorough functional testing;
- Performing integration testing for projects in production, including content testing;
- Live testing of new functionality and design enhancements;
- Conducting a demo based on the results of the sprint.
Your tasks
- Providing technical direction and developing architectures and roadmaps to support business objectives;
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable architectures using PHP, Node.js, and React;
- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination;
- Supervising application development teams and addressing coding or programming issues as they arise.
