We are looking for a proactive Head of Marketing who will lead our marketing efforts, focusing on boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and acquiring clients.


Your tasks

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy to drive company growth;
  • Attract inbound leads from diverse sources to expand the client base;
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and select appropriate marketing channels;
  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources;
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives (blog, directories, etc.);
  • Optimize lead acquisition costs and streamline contract closing processes;
  • Generate compelling content for social media, newsletters, and other platforms;
  • Conduct regular analysis of marketing channel effectiveness and explore new opportunities;
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve objectives;
  • Collaborate with external contractors to enhance marketing efforts;
  • Provide comprehensive reports to the CEO to track progress and performance.

Your experience

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in software outsourcing companies;
  • Proficiency in a wide range of marketing tools and channels;
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making;
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly;
  • Strong creative thinking skills to drive innovative marketing campaigns;
  • Proactive approach, outstanding communication and leadership skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
