We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Your tasks

• Full-cycle project management in various domains with diverse tech stacks using Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Manage several projects simultaneously and at different phases (initiation, design phase, development, support);
• Setting goals and tasks, monitoring deadlines and the quality of their execution; 
• Creating, managing, and monitoring task execution in Jira;
• Interacting with and managing the team at all stages of development, resource allocation, team resource management;
• Communication with the clients from USA and Europe, defining high-level requirements, managing client expectations, providing reports to the clients;
• Project budget and risk management;
• Participation in presales.

Your experience

• Advanced level of English, proficiency in business correspondence; 
• Understanding of the technical fundamentals of design and SDLC of with mobile and web applications;
• Experience with managing commercial projects;
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban development methodologies;
• Experience with project management tools, understanding of Git and Figma;
• Strong communicative, organizational and time-management skills, ability to motivate the team and resolve conflicts;
• Proactiveness, ability to make decisions and prove your point.
