We are looking for a Leadgen / Researcher to join our Marketing team.

Your tasks

• Research and gather contact information of buying committee members based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
• Identify and document buying signals, triggers, and non-standard criteria;
• Use online tools and databases to enrich and validate lead information;
• Record all lead details in the database/CRM;
• Track and improve weekly and monthly KPIs.

Your experience

• Persistence and attention to detail;
• Self-organized, disciplined, result-oriented;
• Proactive and curious;
• Confident Intermediate English speaker (B1+ level).

Nice to have

• 6 months of experience in lead generation or data research in the IT field;
• Basic understanding of programming languages and frameworks;
• Knowledge of research and lead enrichment best practices;
• Experience using CRM systems, especially Pipedrive;
• Familiarity with research and validation tools (Apollo, Instantly, Surfe).
