We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to join our team.

You will be responsible for

• Release management (preparing release branches, hotfix deploying / release reverting, solving features compatibility);
• Code review of the team members;
• Troubleshooting new and existing features;
• Coordinating the team to resolve urgent issues as quickly as possible.

The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Your experience

• At least 6 years of experience in web development;
• Strong experience with front-end (React);
• Strong experience with back-end (Node.js and basic PHP);
• Ability to manage a team, offer and justify your decisions;
• Would be a plus: AWS knowledge to be able to manage AWS (not full-time, but as issues arise).
