Your tasks
- Presale activities with technical, PM and sales teams, update of estimation template, sign-off estimates;
- Architecture of new products.
- Set up the best development practices and engineering processes across Engineering;
- Resolving technical challenges in ongoing development;
- Participation in projects staffing; help to decide to keep requests in-house or outsource;
- Employees mentoring; organization of technical competitions for dev teams.
Your tasks
- Leading the full cycle of the sales process;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals;
- Building long-term trusting relationships with the clients;
- Work closely with technical teams and project managers to ensure client satisfaction;
- Connecting with the partnership network to find the best specialists for the projects;
- Partner with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive sales.

- Collaborate with the team to develop open-source demo applications using our client's framework.
- Create front-end components using Vue.js (React experience is also welcome).
- Learn and adapt quickly to our development practices and framework.
- Contribute to the improvement of our open-source framework by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements.

- Develop back-end functionality using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Create front-end components using Vue.js (React or Angular experience is also welcome).
- Learn and adapt quickly to our development practices and framework.
- Contribute to the improvement of our open-source framework by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements.
Your tasks
- Build and own the iOS app using Swift 6.0, SwiftUI/UIKit, and TCA.
- Integrate LLM-powered chat, media handling, and collaborative features.
- Work with GraphQL APIs and maintain clean, scalable data flows.
- Monitor app quality and user behavior with Sentry, Shake, and PostHog.
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ship intuitive features.
You will be responsible for
- Release management (preparing release branches, hotfix deploying / release reverting, solving features compatibility);
- Code review of the team members;
- Troubleshooting new and existing features;
- Coordinating the team to resolve urgent issues as quickly as possible.
