Your tasks

• Presale activities with technical, PM and sales teams, update of estimation template, sign-off estimates;
• Architecture of new products.
• Set up the best development practices and engineering processes across Engineering;
• Resolving technical challenges in ongoing development;
• Participation in projects staffing; help to decide to keep requests in-house or outsource;
• Mentorship of the engineering team, participation in the hiring process.

Your tasks

• Leading the full cycle of the sales process;
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals;
• Building long-term trusting relationships with the clients;
• Work closely with technical teams and project managers to ensure client satisfaction;
• Connecting with the partnership network to find the best specialists for the projects;
• Partner with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive sales.

Your tasks

• Full-cycle project management in various domains with diverse tech stacks using Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Interacting with and managing the team at all stages of development, resource allocation, team resource management;
• Communication with the clients from USA and Europe, defining high-level requirements, managing client expectations, providing reports to the clients;
• Project budget and risk management;
• Participation in presales.

• Independently execute well-defined tasks.
• Proactively contribute to solution design and participate in team discussions.
• Ensure code quality through tests, documentation, and code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
